Charles A. Anderson (“Charlie”), the Principal Broker and owner of REMAX Pacific, has lived on the Hamakua Coast of Big Island of Hawaii for over 33 years and been licensed as a Realtor for over 23 years. He specializes in land acquisition, and development while focusing on the island’s unique ranch, farm land and oceanfront properties.
Charlie feels that a career in Real Estate is about helping people find their place in paradise and achieving the client's investment goals. By serving the needs of his clients, the rewards are many and ongoing.
He has worked hand in hand with his investment clients to see that, when possible, they are given opportunity to give to the community. He was largely responsible for over $1.5 million of investor donations of land and money to various island causes. His efforts included the sale and preservation from development of the lands surrounding the Birthplace of King Kamehameha and Mo’o Kini Heiau which are now owned by the Kamehameha Schools-Bishop Estate.
Charlie believes that the future of the Big Island will be enhanced by sustainable agricultural development and hopes that the properties herein are utilized accordingly.

Joseph David Richardson (“Dave”) has been in real estate since 1974. He has been a and Realtor on Hawaii Island for over 24 years. His experience ranges from ownership of his own real estate brokerage in both California and Hawaii, to his active participation in the procuring, development and sales of various real estate projects. His love is the back country ranch land and the very special coastline of his island home.
